I am more than happy with my purchase of the FitBark GPS tracker. The set up and attachment of the FitBark to my dog’s collar was quick and easy following the video in the FitBark app. I have had several questions before and after purchasing the FitBark and quickly got answers using the chat feature.
True story I recently traveled to a vacation home and being anxious to establish an “at home” location using WiFi as soon as possible I was on my computer at midnight chatting with a rep who guided me through the process till I had correctly set it up, let me mention that I am 67 so a little extra hand holding was in order. When you have a beloved pet, especially one who loves to run this kind of service is worth it’s weight in gold.
I would like to add there are many features I have not yet explored that this tracker offers, but I can say that the battery life is great, and that it is waterproof is a must. I also like the daily notifications of activity I have been receiving and now that I have time I am going to check out the rest of the information the tracker has to offer in the app. In summation, this tracker has offered me peace of mind for many reasons, when I get another pup I will be a repeat customer.
